SUBJECT: Contract of Work 2008-2009 - Adjustment of salary and payment
of arrears.
For several days, are becoming more insistent rumors that the adjustment of salary and payment of arrears arising from the signing of the national labor contract, they could slip at undetermined dates for unspecified reasons.
In this regard it is noted that such an eventuality, we totally unacceptable, yet another cause loss of credibility of the government as a whole and even more of the departments directly concerned, namely the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Defence, the ilMinistero Justice, the Ministry of Environment, reserving the last place to those who have more responsibilities ... the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
On 16 September 2010, at the Ministry of Public Administration was signed on national labor contract period 2008-2009 economic, contract and suffered particularly marked by a pre-trade phase which saw the unions sign of determinants in the supply, in preparation and distribution of resources.
After marathon bargaining the unions cartel, requested assurances on the timing and the availability of appropriations cheap both in terms of the salary adjustment for the arrears due, and in this context often the ministry of Public Administration has assured that if the contract was signed before September 17 (as happened) the staff of the State Police would have achieved the adjustment of salary and payment of all arrears by the end of November 2010.
We hope that the government that administers this country does not want to prove negligence, for the umpteenth time, against the State Police. We expect the Civil Service and the Government as a whole, on the evening of September 16 was well represented, keep their commitments and shall comply with all the tasks necessary to adjust the salaries and pay the arrears of the police no later than
the month of November. Any
different forecast from that agreed at the bargaining table would be rejected and would lead to yet another betrayal behind the police and we will not accept in silence. We therefore call for an urgent
denial of such uncontrolled entries!
